Dick Naegele, CEO & Business Adviser, has held positions as Chief Engineer at two of the largest
oven companies and one of the largest bakery conveyor and material handling companies in the industry. Dick was
responsible for designing equipment for countless applications throughout the world. Listening to baker's requests
and problems and providing solutions became routine. Dick worked as Senior Project Engineer for one of the largest
bakery chains in the USA and from this experience has adopted a customer-oriented approach to handling bakery projects.
The philosophy of Naegele, Inc. is that improvements or expansions must be carefully planned to suit the needs of the
baker and must always deliver the prescribed return on investments.

Rich Naegele, President, started in the baking industry 30 years ago as Electrical Engineer at one
of the largest manufacturers of complete bakery systems. Rich was responsible for interfacing the conveyor system
controls with the major components of the bakery. This served as the training for Rich to master designing, procuring,
and implementing complete bakery systems. Rich has been supplying equipment with a complete system
approach for some of the leading bakers in the industry. Recently, Rich has been working with European suppliers developing
new products and automating new processes for American bakers.

Ken Hagedorn, Partner, VP Sales and Marketing, has over 25 years of experience in the sales management of bakery
and food processing machinery. Because of these experiences, he is knowledgeable on a variety of food processing
lines, especially in the baking industry. Ken also serves as a board member to the Food Processing Suppliers
Association, and is a guest lecturer for the American Institute of Baking at its pizza seminars.

Terry Swidergal, Sales Engineer, has over 20 years of experience in the baking industry. He started in the
engineering department at one of the largest manufacturers of complete bakery systems. This factory training has given
Terry insight to help manufacturers provide the right equipment for the right application in spec and on time. Terry
has been handling complete system projects for some of the top bakers in the industry, coordinating production requirements,
equipment specification, layouts, deliveries and start-up personnel. Terry has the practical experience from building
dozens of bakeries to help his clients be successful.

Mike Philip, Sales & Account Manager, is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has over 7 years of sales
and customer service experience at Naegele, Inc. Mike uses this experience to coordinate projects and also helps
customers with after sales service and spare parts.

Chuck Naegele, Systems Design Engineer, is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and has over
5 years of systems design experience at Naegele, Inc. With a technical engineering background, Chuck handles engineering
activities, in-house IT responsibilities, and systems design projects.

Cesar Zelaya has a BS degree in Food Science and Technology. He is also certified by the AIB in the
Baking Science and Maintenance Engineering programs. He has over 8 years of experience in the baking industry, holding
positions on the operational side of bakeries as well as a field equipment specialist for a bakery equipment manufacturer.
He is the head of the Service Department which handles installations, start ups, training, dough processing and
formulation, and parts.
