Our thermal oil ovens operate around the globe in a wide range of bakeries – from handicraft artisan bakeries to high-capacity industrial bakeries. They are robust, reliable, user-friendly, and energy efficient. The gentle heat provided by our thermal oil ovens allows for precise control of the crust characteristics and higher moisture content inside the bread for a true artisan bake.
The bake profile is the same on all of our thermal oil ovens, whether you use one of our rack ovens, deck ovens, or tunnel ovens, allowing you to easily scale up as your production grows. Since thermal oil has a very high thermal capacity, heat can be added immediately and heat losses can be compensated for very quickly.
Deck Ovens optimize your oven footprint — depending on the number of decks, up to 48 sq ft of baking surface can be accommodated in 10 sq ft of floor space. Turbo fans can add convection heat at the beginning or the end of the baking process for more intense heat transfer and deeper browning.
Multi-Deck Tunnel Ovens
For the perfect artisan bake, our Multi-Deck Tunnel Ovens achieve high moisture retention and superb crust development. Up to 12 decks can be stacked — each independently controlled — which saves space and provides even, consistent steam and heat distribution. Available in widths from 31 to 138 in (800 to 3,500 mm) and lengths over 328 ft (200 m).
Thermo-Roll Rack Ovens
Get the fast and simple operation of a rack oven with the even bake quality of a tunnel oven. Our Thermo-Roll Rack Ovens provide very short set-up and heat recovery times due to high temperature flexibility, and the unique radiator design allows you to place products all the way to the edge of the baking surface and still achieve consistent results.
