Ultrasonic cutters provide clean edges and precise cutting. Our ultrasonic cutters for square and rectangular products are ideal for sheet cakes, bar cakes, brownies, protein bars, and more. Stand-alone units can process up to 8,000 portions per hour, while inline systems can process up to 75,000 portions per hour.

Our in-line ultrasonic systems eliminate the need for rotary cutters or spreading tables by cutting and creating the spacing and lanes in one motion. These systems are ideal for sheet cakes, granola bars, protein bars, and energy bars. Recipes can be saved for different cut sizes and spacing patterns and changed on demand at the push of a button. The system can process continuous band products at up to 20 ft per minute.
