The MS500 Moulder is great for doughs that have to be degassed in order to achieve a fine cell structure. Designed with hygiene in mind this moulder can be disassembled easily and quickly for proper cleaning or maintenance.

- Dough sheet stays centered with minimal shrinking and can be stretched as it releases from the drum
