Moulders for Sticky & Rye Dough

The MM600 and ME600 Moulders are great for bakery applications with a sticky or compact crumb structure trying to achieve medium to high volume capacities. Designed with hygiene in mind these moulders can be disassembled easily and quickly for proper cleaning or maintenance.

  • ME600 offers a shaping system for dough containing a high % of rye and/or water
  • ME600 system uses a pressure roller on the conveyor. A frequency driven belt above the transport conveyor then shapes the dough pieces.
