The TallRound Rounder has a maximum rounding length of 25 ft (7,570 mm) and can process dough pieces from 5.3 to 42 oz (150 to 1,200 g) at a rate up to 9,000 pieces per hour. It uses a combination of cylinder and cone for optimal rounding and has a multi-layer nonstick coating for a smooth rounding process.
The UniRounder has a maximum rounding length of 23 feet (6,920 mm) and can process dough pieces from 1 to 53 oz (30 to 1,500 g) at a rate up to 12,000 pieces per hour, depending on the configuration. This machine can run a wide range of dough consistencies, from stiff to soft (sponge) and everything in between.
The V-Belt Rounder was designed to handle fermented and high-hydration doughs using two v-shaped conveyors and a flour duster. It can process dough pieces from 5.3 to 124 oz (150 to 3,500 g) at a rate up to 6,000 pieces per hour.
