Moulder for Fine Crumb Structure (BM600)

The BM600 is designed for bakery applications with a fine or regular crumb structure, such as baguettes, freestanding breads, and hoagie rolls. This unit can process medium capacities (600 to 5,000 pieces per hour).

Moulders for Sticky Dough (MM600 & ME600)

The MM600 and ME500 moulders are designed for bakery applications with sticky, compact doughs, like doughs with a high water content or those that use rye flour. They can achieve capacities up to 3,000 pieces per hour.

Moulder for Dough that needs Degassing (MS500)

The MS500 is designed to degas doughs to achieve a fine crumb structure. It has a unique design that ensures the dough piece stays centered with minimal shrinking and can be stretched as it releases from the drum. The MS500 can process up to 3,000 pieces per hour.

Unimoulder for doughs with open crumb structure

The UniMoulder can be used for doughs with either tight or open crumb structures. It uses dynamic infeed rollers to produce consistently uniform products at capacities as high as 6,000 pieces per hour.
